The Department of Islamic Studies started as an independent department since the beginning of Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology in 2003 and offers quality education in the area of postgraduate programme. Our mission is to provide students Islamic and modern knowledge for build-up successful life both in World and Hereafter. Our Highly qualified and experienced faculty members are keen to help the students and offer opportunities to them to consult on diversified issues.

The academic programme will enable students to learn knowledge of Islam as a complete code of life in accordance with the Quran and Sunnah. They will also learn about Islamic History, Philosophy, Banking & Insurance, Comparative Religion and Islamic Law, which will develop the ability to present real teachings of Islam to the people.
