MSS in Sociology and Anthropology

The MSS in Sociology and Anthropology programme is designed to provide students advanced knowledge and skills in the study of sociology and anthropology subject area. Students will be trained to use critical thinking in understanding of social phenomena and will gain firm grounding in the theories, research techniques and analysis in sociology and anthropology. The students will be required to produce a thesis in the final semester.

The programme is delivered in the 1 year and 2 year track. Students who do not have relevant background at the bachelor degree level will be required to follow the 2 year track.
